Refund and Returns Policy for Sarees
At Karni Collection, we carefully inspect and pack every saree before dispatch. However, because sarees are delicate and high-value products, we enforce a strict refund and return policy to prevent misuse and ensure fairness.
When We Accept Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- We deliver a damaged saree
- We send a defective product
- We deliver the wrong product
Therefore, if any of the above issues occur, you must raise a return request within the allowed time frame.
When We Do Not Accept Returns
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- You change your mind after delivery
- You notice minor color or design variations caused by lighting or screen differences
- You dislike the product due to personal preference or styling
- You select the wrong product while ordering
In such cases, this refund and return policy does not allow any refund or replacement.
Refund and Return Policy Time Limit
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
After this period, we reject all requests automatically, as a result of policy enforcement.
Unboxing Video Requirement for Returns
To request a return or refund, you must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video.
Additionally, the video must show the sealed package, shipping label, and product clearly.
However, if you submit an edited, cut, or unclear video, we will reject the request immediately. Therefore, without a proper unboxing video, we do not process any return or refund.
Product Condition for Refund and Return
You must return the saree:
- In unused and unwashed condition
- With original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
Furthermore, if we find stains, perfume marks, ironing signs, or damage during inspection, we reject the return request.
Return Approval and Pickup Process
First, you must obtain approval for your return request.
Once we approve the request, we arrange a return pickup or share return instructions.
However, if reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product as per our instructions.
Refund Processing Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned saree, we initiate the refund.
Usually, we process refunds within 7–10 business days.
Finally, we credit the refund amount to your original payment method.
Sale and Discounted Products
We do not offer returns or refunds on sarees purchased during sales, offers, or discounts. Therefore, please review product details carefully before placing such orders.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
However, once we process or ship the order, we do not allow cancellation.
Final Decision
Karni Collection reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund and return requests.
